- A deposit of 200Euro must be paid to cover any damage or non payment of bills. This will be refunded on your departure.
- A Utilities fee of €45 per week will be added to each invoice. This covers Electricity, Gas, Refuse Collection and Internet. A fair usage policy does apply and costs outside of this will be deducted from your deposit.
- Minimum one week same price if part thereof. Shorter stays may be possible outside June, July and August, just enquire.
- Long term rentals (4 weeks or more) reduced rates will apply. Please enquire to find out more.
- A cleaning fee of €55 applies to all stays. For longer term stays : a cleaning service must be used every two weeks or part thereof for long term stays at €55 per clean. This will be organised by the management company and should be paid for in advance. This is to ensure that you have a pleasant stay in good conditions but also that any problems or breakages or equipment faults can be noted and rectified promptly if applicable.
