- A refundable deposit of €200 must be paid to cover any damage or non payment of bills.
- A Utilities fee of €75 per week will be added to each invoice. This covers Electricity, Gas, Refuse Collection and Internet. A fair usage policy does apply and costs outside of this will be deducted from your deposit or billed separately
- A cleaning fee of €75-100 applies to all stays. Depending on duration of stay. Check with us for current costs for this year.
- Minimum one week same price if part thereof. Shorter stays may be possible outside June, July and August, just enquire.
