from Peru - but was wrecked at the nearby barrel rocks. We fancy we can see the very spot across rooftops out to the Atlantic
from the lounge.  There are intriguing tales from the sole survivor, of washed up then buried treasures on nearby Lady Charlotte's strand, minutes from this, her namesake townhouse.

Prices

• A refundable deposit of €200 must be paid to cover any damage or non payment of bills. For a quicker refund it is advisable that this fee is paid via credit card separately. For stays during the busy summer period, the deposit will be refunded during the first week of September once the season has quietened down. A Utilities fee of €55 per week will be added to each invoice. This covers Electricity, Gas, Refuse Collection and Internet. A fair usage policy does apply and costs outside of this will be deducted from your deposit A cleaning fee of €65 applies to all stays. For longer term stays : a cleaning service must be used every two weeks or part thereof for long term stays at €65 per clean. This will be organised by the management company and should be paid for in advance. This is to ensure that you have a pleasant stay in good conditions but also that any problems or breakages or equipment faults can be noted and rectified promptly if applicable. Minimum one week stay-same price if part thereof. Shorter stays may be possible outside June, July and August, just enquire. Long term rentals (4 weeks or more) reduced rates will apply.
