- A full clean of the apartment will be carried out prior to arrival. For stays of one week - no cleaning fee applies. For stays of two weeks - an end of stay cleaning fee of 45Euro applies. For longer term stays : a cleaning service must be used every two weeks for long term stays at 45Euro per clean. This will be organised by the management company and should be paid for in advance. This is to ensure that you have a pleasant stay in good conditions but also that any problems or breakages or equipment faults can be noted and rectified promptly if applicable.
